Package design flaws to annoy those disabled

If you wish to contact, Colgate, then please enter a "swear word" into their search box, and it will automatically give you the right page. However, if you try to ask a question, and get it wrong, it will automatically give you a topic and insist this is what you want. I did find their form and put in a proper complaint.

Why Colgate? Well, their package design for the 2-pack softsoap refill, says they don't give tuppance for those with disabilities, elderly, or those not endowed with large mens hands. Now, my hands are a man's medium and I had difficulties using their product. I wonder what those with Dyspraxia would do with this product? I know that those with Cerebal Palsy that affects the hands would have issues. Those with female sized hands, would usually have problems too. Perhaps I should invest in a  grip to hold the bottle upside down while I hold the other bottle I'm trying to fill? Or, perhaps I should buy a extra long tube and use a scientific principle to suck the soap  upwards, to get it started, and then let the other end of the tube sit in the bottle I'm trying to fill?

Or, perhaps, I should just call up the local football team and have them fill it for me. There is an idea. Anyone know any Vikings out there? No, I'm not really into what you call football. I'm more of a Rugby and Football (soccer) sort, myself.

Oh yea, one last thing about that form. The address is so convoluted in how you enter it, that it more difficult to use. However, I just had this thought. That form may ACTUALLY BE BRILLIANT!  I just realized that if they are trying to use one form for all countries, then they might have to use that form which is confusing for those like me. I didn't know where to put the NW part of my address. In which case, I say kudos for that part of the form instead of "why can't you make a traditional form that is less confusing".
